    To address these  main points, the Robotic Riser / Pedestal Height-Extend-Pallet-Line1 introduces a heavy-duty, custom-engineered robotic pedestal integrated with advanced dynamic stabilization. This system ensures seamless, high-speed, and rock-solid palletizing at maximum heights.

    1. System Overview: Core Configurations of Line1
    The Height-Extend-Pallet-Line1 is engineered for heavy-duty, ultra-high, and continuous back-end packaging. The system consists of four key modules:
    1. Heavy-Duty Robotic Riser / Pedestal
      The core component for ultra-high stacking. A custom-fabricated, heavy-duty steel riser elevates the robot’s base by 1.5m to 1.8m. This offsets the robot's cinematic center upward, moving its optimal working envelope to cover the 2.0m to 2.5m peak layers effortlessly.
    2. High-Payload Palletizing Robot
      Equipped with a high-payload (180kg - 300kg) and long-reach (2.8m - 3.2m) 4-axis or 6-axis industrial robot, maintaining a (pm0.05text{mm}) repeatability precision even at full-extension and maximum height.
    3. Infeed Bag Conditioning System
      Includes a bag flattener (dual-belt pressing conveyor) and an inline checkweigher to ensure every bag is perfectly shaped before pick-up.

    To conquer the gravity, inertia, and stability challenges of a 2.5m stack, Line1 features four proprietary engineering upgrades:
    Optimization 1: Kinematic Simulation & Anti-Torsion Pedestal Design
    • The Challenge: When a robot manipulates a 50kg bag at a 2.5m height and decelerates rapidly, it creates massive inertial shear forces. Insufficient pedestal rigidity leads to Torsional Vibration, causing robot joint errors and shortening gearbox lifespans.
    • The Solution: The robotic riser utilizes internal gusset plates and diagonal cross-bracing with thick-walled structural square tubing.
