Advantages:
1, the machine adopts material enters from bottom way to straighten, design for 0.3-2.0mm thickness metal coil uncoiling and leveling, put uncoilling and leveling machine frame in one structure, reduce high precision material transition part in straightening process, to maximize the performance of the machine.
2, uncoilling rack and leveling head use electric box to control separately , and they use their own inverter, so throughout movement smoothly, protect the machine more effectively, make it in the process of movement will not be affected by various external force distortion.
3, uncoilling frequency control: photoelectric discharge, so as not to touch the material to produce sparks, avoid material surface damage.
4, leveling up and down synchronization drive, to avoid surface scratches and bruising.
5, leveling material discharging uses photoelectric control, to ensure sufficient material to be matched with the feeding area, to achieve automated production.
6,The lubrication system is added to increase the machine service life, we can also add uncoilling frame loading capacity according to customer requirement, leveling parameters also can be modified and customized, and supply the necessary power or no power pressing arm, hydraulic expansion etc..
