Overview
The KZ series vacuum oiling equipment is mainly used for vacuum oiling treatment of amorphous transformers, high-voltage oil immersed transformers, high-voltage oil immersed bushings, and power capacitors.
The oil injection system of this equipment can automatically operate and perform quantitative oil injection and other processes on the product.
Vacuum oil injection is necessary for oil immersed transformers above 220 kV; We also try to use vacuum oiling for 10 kV transformers, and the required vacuum degree for oiling must comply with the regulations related to short-circuit grounding wires.
Regarding the vacuum oiling of transformers, the temperature of the oil should not be lower than ten degrees above zero, and the oiling time should not be less than 6 hours. After oiling is completed, it is necessary to maintain it for 2 hours, then remove the vacuum inside, slowly add oil until it reaches the surface line position, and finally let it sit for two hours.
