Based on the principle of variable pressure vacuum drying and the design and production specifications of vacuum equipment, combined with our long-term experience in transformer manufacturer production, we manufacture and produce it mainly for the drying of oil immersed transformers, transformers, and capacitors.
The vacuum drying equipment continuously changes the pressure inside the drying tank during the drying process, making the product heated and heated evenly, and can timely eliminate the evaporated water in the tank to prevent rust on the iron core. Due to the gradual drying method, the product deformation is reduced and the drying is more thorough. Due to its reasonable structure and process, this equipment reduces drying time by about 40-50% compared to conventional vacuum drying, making it a reliable, efficient and energy-saving process equipment.
Vacuum drying equipment system:
1. The tank body is horizontal, with a rotating side door. When the tank door is closed in place, it is manually locked.
2. Extreme vacuum degree (no-load, cold state) ≤ 30Pa, leakage rate ≤ 500Pa L/S.
3. The tank is heated by heating pipes, with thermal oil as the heat transfer medium. The area of the heating pipes meets the requirements of the variable pressure method process.
4. The maximum working temperature is 170 ± 5 ℃, with automatic temperature control. The tank is equipped with three temperature sensors to measure the temperature of the space inside the tank, the temperature of the body, and the temperature of the insulation material.
5. The flange sealing ring of the tank body is a "0" type sealing ring that is resistant to high temperature and oil, with a long lifespan.
6. Rock wool insulation outside the tank, 0.5mm stainless steel plate armor
7. One working power trolley is equipped inside the tank.
8. Set up two observation windows on the tank cover for easy observation of the situation inside the tank.
