TH type bucket elevator has the advantages of large conveying capacity, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation and long service life. It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small pieces of non-abrasive and abrasive materials, such as: Coal, cement, stones, sand, clay, ore, etc., because the traction mechanism of the hoist is a circular chain, it is allowed to transport materials with higher temperature (material temperature does not exceed 250 °C). The general conveying height is up to 40 meters.
The working principle of the TH bucket elevator is: the hopper picks up the material from the storage below, as the conveyor belt or chain is lifted to the top, bypassing the top wheel and then turning down, the bucket elevator pours the material into Accept the slot. The drive belt of the belt-operated bucket elevator is generally a rubber belt that is mounted on the lower or upper drive roller and the upper and lower redirecting rollers. The chain drive bucket elevator is generally equipped with two parallel drive chains with a pair of drive sprockets on the upper or lower side and a pair of reversing sprockets on the bottom or the top. Bucket elevators are generally equipped with an organic shell to prevent dust from flying in the bucket elevator.
The main features of the TH bucket elevator are:
1. It has a large conveying capacity and adopts an assembled sprocket. After the sprocket is worn, it can be easily exchanged, thereby reducing maintenance costs;
2. In the lower part of the fuselage, the weight lever type tensioning device is adopted, which can realize automatic tensioning, and it does not need to be adjusted after installation, and can maintain a constant tension;
3. The traction member is a low-alloy high-strength circular chain with good tensile strength and wear resistance, and can be used for a long time.
TH type bucket elevator operation:
Start: After the load linkage test is completed, the empty car starts for 1 to 3 minutes. After the operation is stable, gradually increase the feed amount until the full load is running.
Stop: After the feed stops, confirm whether the material in the hopper has been completely removed, and let the machine run for a period of time before stopping.
