The QR-SAH Resin Sand Sampling Machine is a specialized device designed to produce standard resin sand samples for detecting gas permeability, compressive strength, shear resistance, tensile strength, and thermal stability.
Its working principle combines vibration energy and the pressure of a heavy block to ensure uniform compaction of samples. The vibration compacts the lower portion of the sand, while the upper portion is densified by the applied block weight. By selecting appropriate weights, the machine eliminates differences in compactness between the upper and lower parts of the sample, ensuring reliable and accurate test specimens.

Where:
G = sample sand weight
Q = heavy block weight
H = shock height
N = number of hits
Energy loss due to shock is accounted for by a coefficient.
