1, Working principle
The hot wet tensile strength tester is designed to simulate the mechanism of moisture migration in sand molds when heated. The hot wet tensile strength is the tensile strength measured at the high water layer formed by heating the sample. Principle: During testing, place the prepared sample along with the sample cylinder onto the main sample guide rail. After automatic timed heating at the bottom of the sample (320 ℃, about 20-30 seconds), a certain thickness of dry sand layer (about 4mm) and moisture condensation zone are formed on the heated surface of the sample. Then automatically load and display the force process curve, measure its tensile strength, display the measurement results, store and print the report.
