Intelligent sand strength tester Touch Screen (vertical) QR-XQY-3
It is mainly used for measuring the compressive, shear, bending, tensile strength, and actual force output of type (core) sand at room temperature (or hot state). It can also be used to determine the strength of materials such as ceramics and cement.
Main performance of the instrument
1. CNC mechanical loading
The vertical structure of this instrument ensures more stable high-voltage strength test results. It uses a special stepper motor and worm gear reduction mechanism, controlled by a microcomputer and displayed on a color LCD touch screen, to achieve fully automatic and uniform loading, ensuring uniform loading of the sample section. It can automatically complete the entire process of testing, data processing, display of data and curves, storage, and printing.
2. High precision
By using high-precision S-type force sensors and a 32-bit A/D data acquisition system, high-speed data acquisition and calculation are carried out to truly reflect the peak data when the sample is damaged, further improving the accuracy of the system.
3. Data storage and power failure protection function
The analysis process dynamically displays real-time data and curves, and can fully save the collected data in the computer system in case of shutdown or power outage, for further query, printing, and output.
4. Chinese operating system for color LCD touch screen
Both screen display and printing use Chinese characters, keyboard and mouse in combination, with clear color images and interface, clear prompts, simple and convenient operation
5. Password protection function
The system menu displays and prompts password protection function in Chinese, and various functions and parameters of the system can be reset through the password.
