chamber design and full-digital excitation light source, leading CCD detector, high-speed data readout

Instrument characteristics

High performance optical system

1) The arc flame generated when the optical system is excited is directly introduced into the vacuum optical chamber through the lens, achieving direct optical path and reducing optical path loss;

2) The design of high-performance optical systems and the use of high-precision optical components can quickly and accurately determine the content of C, P, S, N, and various elements in non-metallic elements;

2) The measurement results are accurate and reliable, with excellent reproducibility and long-term stability.

Integration of vacuum chamber

1) The unique light chamber structure design makes the vacuum chamber volume smaller, and the vacuum pumping speed is less than half of that of a regular spectrometer.

2) The integrated design and excellent processing of the vacuum chamber enable the vacuum to be maintained for a longer period of time.

Vacuum anti backflow technology

1) Multi level isolation vacuum anti oil technology adopts vacuum compression and baffle valve to ensure complete isolation between the vacuum chamber and the vacuum pump when the vacuum pump is stopped.

2) A vacuum oil filtration device has been added to the system to ensure that the vacuum pump oil does not enter the vacuum chamber, ensuring that the detector and optical components work in a reliable environment.

Error prevention system

1) New integrated technology changes traditional valve design and eliminates light chamber pollution.

Automatic optical path calibration

1) Automatic optical path calibration, the optical system automatically scans spectral lines to ensure correct reception and eliminate tedious peak scanning work;

2) The instrument automatically identifies specific spectral lines and compares them with the original storage lines to determine the drift position, and identifies the current pixel position of the analyzed spectral line for measurement.

Prefabricated work curve

1) According to the different elements and materials, the excitation and testing parameters have been adjusted before the instrument leaves the factory, and the optimal testing conditions can be automatically selected based on the analysis program.

3) For a long time, the factory has accumulated a wealth of experience and a rich standard sample library. When the instrument leaves the factory, the factory prefabricates the working curve, allowing users to put the instrument into use immediately after receiving it.
