Core Working Principle
Material Feeding and Conveying: Workpieces are fed into the blasting chamber at a constant speed via a conveyor
belt (belt/roller/chain, etc.). The conveyor belt supports variable frequency speed control (0.5–2 m/min) to accommo
date different sheet materials and process rhythms.
Translational Blasting: The blast gun assembly (typically 2–12 guns per set) moves along the X/Y axes or oscillates.
Angle and swing amplitude are adjustable, enabling fixed-point or reciprocating blasting to ensure full surface coverage
and uniformity.
Abrasive-Dust Circulation: A cyclone separation system efficiently separates abrasive media from dust. The media is
recycled via a screw conveyor + pneumatic system. A pulse-jet filter cartridge dust collection system (polyester/fabric
bags) centrally handles dust emissions, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
Post-Processing Cleaning: Workpieces pass through a blow-off chamber to remove residual abrasive before automatic
discharge, completing the fully automated process.
