This upgraded wet sandblasting machine is an eco-friendly water circulation blasting equipment, specially
designed for precision surface treatment of hardware, molds, jewelry, auto parts, electronic components
and various metal workpieces. Equipped with a brand-new 1.5KW upgraded motor, the machine features
comprehensively improved power performance with stronger and more uniform sand stirring capacity.
It effectively avoids water-sand precipitation and sedimentation, delivers stable blasting power continuously,
and greatly improves overall processing efficiency and operation stability.
Adopting advanced water-abrasive mixed blasting technology, the machine completely eliminates flying dust,
creates a clean and safe working environment, and fully complies with global environmental protection standards.
Water effectively buffers the impact force of abrasives to achieve soft, delicate and uniform blasting effects.
It will not cause scratches, deformation or over-etching on thin and precision workpieces such as aluminum
alloy parts, copper parts, plastic ornaments and precision molds, maximizing the protection of workpiece
accuracy and appearance quality.
The whole machine adopts a brand-new blue baking varnish appearance process with a smooth, delicate
and high-grade full-color paint surface. It boasts a fully upgraded appearance, as well as excellent rust resistance,
scratch resistance and wear resistance. The varnish is durable and not easy to fade, which greatly improves
the overall texture and aesthetics of the equipment.
The built-in mature water-abrasive separation and recycling system enables repeated recycling of abrasives,
effectively reducing consumable costs. The specially designed rapid slag outlet facilitates quick cleaning of
working residues, supporting long-term uninterrupted continuous operation with low clogging probability and
low failure rate. Equipped with humanized configurations including a large transparent viewing window,
wear-resistant sealed operating gloves and a foot pedal control switch, the machine is easy to operate
and maintain. The top exhaust device quickly discharges internal water vapor to keep a clear working
vision at all times. It supports one-stop processing procedures including rust removal, oxide layer cleaning,
carbon deposit elimination, deburring and matte frosting, and is applicable to workpiece surface pretreatment
before painting, electroplating and anodizing.
