High Current Primary Injection Tester Transformer Temperature Rise Test Equipment

General Information:
DDG Series

ransformer Temperature Rise Test Equipment is to test the temperature rise of the current transformer under rated load, so as to verify its performance and safety.

Features:

  1. This device provides the rated load current to the current transformer, simulating its actual operational load conditions.

  2. It monitors and records the temperature rise of the current transformer under rated load. By analyzing the temperature data, the heat dissipation performance of the transformer can be assessed to determine whether its temperature rise complies with relevant standards.

  3. The device regulates the ambient temperature surrounding the current transformer, ensuring a stable environment during testing for accurate temperature rise measurement.

  4. Equipped with multiple safety protection functions — including overload and overtemperature protection — it ensures safe operation and prevents damage to both the current transformer and personnel during testing.

  5. The device records all data throughout the temperature rise test and includes data analysis functions to support performance evaluation and comparative assessment of current transformers.
