7000A Primary Current Injection Test Set Automated High-Current Temperature Rise Test System
General Information:
DDG Series Primary Current Injection Test Set is controlled by a special system control board, and the Vinlon series touch screen is used as the man-machine interface to realize the automatic high-current detection equipment.
By installing different modules, this series of equipment can realize different high current output, temperature measurement, and other experiments. Manual selection and external computer can be achieved through the man-machine interface. Automatic operation, view temperature data and other operations and simple data processing.
There are data export and external printer functions to export or print data for further processing.

  • Large Screen LCD: Clearly displays real-time data, including current, time, status, and operational prompts, for intuitive and easy reading.

  • Fully Chinese Interface: Simple and straightforward operation, adaptable to various applications.

  • Dual Operation Modes: Supports both touch screen and conventional button controls for intuitive, fast, and user-friendly operation.

Calibration & Control

  • Digital Calibration: Utilizes a fully digital calibration system, eliminating the need for old potentiometer adjustments, making on-site use highly convenient and easy to control.

  • Status Guidance: Features status reminders and guided operation, enabling skilled control even without a manual.

  • Pause Function: During automatic control, this function allows pausing at any point in the current rise/fall process. Pause duration can be flexibly controlled by the operator for convenient observation of the test status.

  • Intelligent Timing:

    • Automatic Timing: Automatically starts/stops timing based on test status, with timing paused during interruptions and resumed when testing continues.

    • Manual Timing: In manual control mode, the timer can be started manually.

  • Manual Control Mode: Similar to traditional manual current adjustment, current increase/decrease is controlled via buttons. The device automatically detects upper/lower limits, includes overcurrent protection, and allows full manual control throughout the testing process.

  • Emergency Control: Equipped with stop/emergency buttons for instant manual intervention.

  • Intelligent Current Ramping: Automatically slows the current rise/fall speed as it approaches the target value for precise control.

  • Data Export (Select Models): Test data can be saved via USB drive for further processing on a computer.

  • Real-Time Protection: Provides immediate, accurate, and reliable protection in case of faults such as overcurrent.

  • Anti-Interference Technology: Combines hardware and software anti-interference measures, ensuring stable performance and strong resistance to disturbances. No abnormal phenomena such as crashes, black screens, or distorted displays occur during testing.
