Fully Automatic 7000A High-Current Temperature Rise Test System
General Information:
DDG Series High-Current Temperature Rise Test Systemis suitable for bus ducts Switch cabinet. Current load test and temperature rise test for circuit breakers, contactors, current transformers, and other electrical equipment. During normal operation of electrical equipment, the energy generated by long-term working current is converted into heat energy, causing the temperature of electrical materials to rise. If it exceeds a certain range, it will increase the mechanical strength of electrical materials The decline in physical performance can easily lead to accidents, therefore, national standards specify the high temperature or temperature rise allowed for long-term operation of different electrical materials. The purpose of the temperature rise test is to measure the temperature or temperature rise of each component of the tested electrical appliance to determine whether the test sample meets the standard requirements. The rapid simulation test method is used, which means that the main circuit is supplied with the rated current.

Allows flexible setting of test duration and temperature measurement intervals, and includes reminder functions for convenient and reliable long-term temperature-rise tests.
The computer software provides a full-screen display of real-time data—including current, temperature, time, status, and prompts—ensuring clear and visual monitoring.
Performance & Calibration 4. After the target current is set, the system automatically corrects deviations occurring during the experiment. 5. Once temperature-rise parameters are configured, the equipment automatically maintains the output current value, with adjustable current-error tolerance. 6. Supports 8 to 24 configurable temperature measurement channels. It automatically tests ambient temperature, calculates temperature rise values per test point, and triggers alarms if set limits are exceeded.
Data Management & Output 7. The software automatically generates temperature-rise curves and supports A4 report printing via a connected printer. 8. Power supply output current is displayed through computer software with an accuracy of class 0.5. 9. The system monitors and displays input voltage and real-time active power.
Design & Customization 10. The console is equipped with a cabinet door for easy access and maintenance. 11. The device has a sleek and professional appearance, with customizable colors available upon customer request.
