High Voltage Series Resonant AC Hipot Test System for Power Cables
General Information:
SXBP Series Resonant AC Hipot Test System is specially designed for AC withstand test for electric equipments of substation at 10kV~500kV or below.
Features:
1. Reactors of the same voltage level and capacity have smaller volume and lighter weight; Low temperature rise at rated load; Adopt dry casting, with high mechanical strength, good electrical insulation, beautiful and reliable.
2. Large capacity margin of variable frequency power supply control box; Strong protection function; Good output waveform; Good stability; It has multiple working modes and is easy to operate; Single-phase 220V or three-phase 380V input power supply is universal, convenient for on-site power supply.
3. Flexible configuration. Different types of reactors can be selected to meet the requirements of different test objects, realize multi-purpose of one machine and high cost performance.
4. The operation interface supports the language switching function, and can support the free switching of multiple languages at the same time. The default is Chinese and English switching, and other languages can be customized.
5. The system has a built-in series resonance parameter calculator, which can quickly calculate the inductance, capacitance, frequency, resonant high voltage current and cable capacitance of series resonance with one key.

1: Cross linked cables with voltage levels of 1kV/35kV/110kV 2: GIS, circuit breakers, transformers, transformers, etc. of 110kV and below levels 3: Small and medium-sized generators and motors, etc

Note:
Model SXBP-27/54/108-108, SXBP is the model of series, 27/54/108 is: voltage of one reactor (kv) /voltage of two reactors in series connection/voltage of four reactors in series connection. 108 is the total capacity (KVA).
If the capacity of your equipment is small and voltage is too low, can add more reactors to increase the capacity, and add more divider to increase the test voltage.
