SXCF Series AC Lightning Impulse Voltage Withstand Test System application for lightning impulse voltage full-wave, lightning impulse voltage chopped-wave (optional) and impulse voltage switching surge (optional) test of electrical equipment and other test products, to check insulation performance.  
Features:

  1. Stable Waveform: The control and measurement system utilizes a mature domestic solution. Its core component is the Mitsubishi FX Series programmable logic controller, which implements nearly all control functions through software programming. As a result, the system features a simplified architecture with minimal peripheral circuit boards, ensuring high reliability.

  2. Fully Automated Operation: The control and measurement interface is specifically designed considering the customary workflows of high-voltage testing, offering an intuitive and user-friendly experience. A dedicated program operation interface has been developed to significantly streamline tester operations and effectively prevent human error.

  3. Extended Service Life: This lightning impulse voltage generator test system is built with advanced technology, superior craftsmanship, and high-quality materials, ensuring long-term operational reliability with a lifespan exceeding 20 years. It also maintains low routine operating costs.

  4. Compact Main Structure: The generator adopts a modern compact design, characterized by low inherent inductance and simplified waveform adjustment.

  5. Integrated Measurement and Control Design: The system employs a fiber-optic control transmission system to connect the control measurement equipment with the high-voltage main unit.
