General Information:
The SXJB series Three-Phase Microprocessor Relay Test Setis a professional and intelligent testing instrument designed for the verification and calibration of relay protection devices in power systems. Equipped with a high-performance industrial control computer and a high-speed digital signal processor, it integrates multiple test functions to meet the testing needs of various relay protections, including AC/DC tests, power direction tests, impedance tests, differential tests, and synchronization tests.
Features:
Comprehensive Test Functions: Covers AC test, DC test, synchronization test, power direction relay test, impedance relay test, differential test, harmonic superposition test, and full group test, meeting the testing requirements of various relay protection devices.
High-Precision Output: Adopts high-precision D/A converters and linear power amplifiers to ensure low waveform distortion and high output stability. The measurement accuracy of AC current/voltage reaches ±0.2%, and DC current/voltage reaches ±0.5%.
Intelligent Operation: Equipped with a 6.4" TFT true-color LCD touchscreen, a tracking ball, and an optimized keyboard, supporting both standalone operation and external mouse/keyboard connection. The Windows-based operating system provides a user-friendly interface, and the test process and results are displayed intuitively.
Flexible Output Modes: Supports 3-phase/6-phase/12-phase voltage and current output, and sequence component output. The voltage and current amplitude, phase, and frequency can be set arbitrarily, and harmonic superposition (up to 20th order) is supported.
Reliable Safety Protections: The power amplifier circuit is equipped with overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage, and short-circuit protections. A software time-limiting system is built-in for large current output to prevent equipment damage. The instrument must be reliably grounded before use to ensure operational safety.
Convenient Data Management: Supports on-site test data storage (up to 1000 groups), USB data transmission, and test report generation. The fault review function can reproduce fault waveforms recorded in ANSI/IEEE C37.111-1991 COMTRADE format.
