The SXCY Series Impulse Voltage Generator provides a complete solution for testing the insulation performance of high-voltage electrical equipment against lightning and switching overvoltages.
It is capable of conducting lightning impulse full-wave, chopped-wave, and switching impulse tests with eight standard impulse waveform options. These include lightning impulse, switching impulse, oscillating impulse, steep-front wave, and transformer induced switching wave.
Designed to meet relevant Chinese national and IEC standards, the SXCY Series is suitable for power equipment manufacturers, utilities, testing laboratories, and research institutions.
The impulse voltage generator adopts a complete supporting configuration and supports a broad range of voltage levels. A low-inductance return circuit combined with band-stop filtering technology enables stable generation of standard impulse waveforms, even when connected to large-capacity test objects.
High voltage utilization, easy waveform adjustment, and excellent synchronization contribute to smooth and reliable operation. The automatic constant-current charging system provides intelligent charging control, high automation, and strong anti-interference performance.
With digital waveform analysis and online computer processing, the system enables more accurate waveform evaluation while significantly improving the efficiency of impulse voltage testing.
Whether testing transformers, HV cables, insulators, surge arresters, switchgear, CT/PT or bushings, the system provides a suitable testing solution for a wide range of high-voltage equipment.
