For transformer manufacturers, AC withstand testing is an important part of verifying insulation quality before equipment leaves the factory. The 5kVA/50kV Power Frequency PD-Free AC Withstand Test System provides a dedicated high-voltage source for applying power-frequency AC voltage to transformer insulation and other electrical products.
The complete setup consists of a Power Supply, Motorized Operation Console, PD-Free Test Transformer and Voltage Divider. During testing, the operator can gradually raise the AC test voltage through the control console while monitoring the applied voltage through the measuring circuit. Its 50kV output makes the system suitable for transformer production lines, electrical maintenance departments and high-voltage inspection stations.
