The SXCY Series is a versatile impulse voltage test system for simulating lightning and switching overvoltages in high-voltage electrical equipment.
It performs lightning impulse full-wave, chopped-wave, and switching impulse tests and supports eight waveform types, covering standard lightning and switching impulses, oscillating impulses, steep-front waves for insulators, and transformer induced switching waves.
The system is designed according to relevant Chinese and IEC standards, making it suitable for electrical manufacturers, power departments, laboratories, and scientific research institutions.
Designed for demanding high-voltage impulse testing, the system combines a complete test assembly with broad voltage-grade coverage. The optimized low-inductance return circuit helps reduce waveform distortion, while the band-stop filtering structure maintains the required impulse waveform when testing high-capacitance loads.
The system provides high voltage utilization and convenient waveform adjustment, together with precise synchronization and stable operation. Its automatic constant-current charging control simplifies the charging process and improves system immunity to interference.
A digital waveform analysis system and online microcomputer processing platform are also integrated to support accurate and efficient impulse voltage testing.
From power transformers and bushings to HV cables, insulators, surge arresters, switchgear and CT/PT, the system covers a broad range of high-voltage test applications. It is suitable for laboratory testing, independent verification, factory quality control and power grid research, supporting both type tests and routine factory tests.
