The 10kVA/150kV Power Frequency PD-Free AC Withstand Test System provides a dedicated high-voltage testing solution for acceptance, commissioning and insulation verification procedures.
The equipment is centered around a 150kV PD-Free Test Transformer and supported by a Motorized Operation Console, Power Supply and Voltage Divider. During a test, the operator can progressively apply the required power-frequency AC voltage and monitor the corresponding high-voltage level. The PD-free configuration is especially useful when minimizing test-source discharge is an important part of the testing environment.
