Switchgear Power Test Bench is also known as High Voltage Switchgear Power Test Bench, Low Voltage Switchgear Power Test Bench, and High & Low Voltage Switchgear Power Test Bench. It is used for withstand voltage tests of 10kV switchgears and various power-on tests before the delivery of high and low voltage switchgears. This test bench can supply one or multiple sets of AC and DC power sources, facilitating the inspection of switchgears and greatly improving work efficiency.
Complete test bench can be customized as required to meet various test demands.

Feature
This high & low voltage switchgear power test bench integrates multiple AC and DC power supplies.
It simplifies switchgear inspection and significantly boosts work efficiency.
Intuitive readings: Digital meters directly display tested current and voltage values for easy observation and recording during tests.
The input power is controlled by a main air switch, and each branch circuit is controlled by an independent air switch or changeover switch without mutual interference.
Current and voltage are monitored via high-definition digital meters with accuracy class 0.5.
Current and voltage are adjusted manually via voltage regulator knobs (standard configuration).
Equipped with an emergency stop function: press the emergency stop button under any abnormal condition to cut off all outputs and protect personnel and equipment safety.
Easy mobility: Compact size with four moving casters; its volume is only 30%~70% of similar products for convenient transportation.
Customizable communication data acquisition function for test data.
Customizable PLC program control with industrial control computer.

This high and low voltage power-on test bench is developed and manufactured in compliance with DL/T596 and DL/T404 power test standards. It is mainly used by manufacturers of high and low voltage switchgears to conduct various power-on tests before factory delivery and complete inspection of all factory delivery indicators.
