The YDJ High Voltage Withstand Test System from Sansion Power integrates an SXTC Series Control Unit with a compatible YD Series Test Transformer to support a range of high-voltage insulation testing applications.
With multiple control platforms, transformer insulation structures, and capacity options, the system can be configured for electrical equipment manufacturing, power engineering, industrial inspection, and laboratory testing.
Control Systems for Different Testing Procedures
The SXTC Series Control Unit provides different operating configurations to suit varying levels of testing complexity.
SXTC-I | Manual Control
Designed for applications where manual operation and straightforward instrument reading are preferred. Pointer or digital display options are available.
SXTC-II | Electric Control
Provides electric control operation for users who require an alternative to manual control. Display options include pointer and digital formats.
SXTC-III | Automatic Control
Offers automatic control functionality, with Chinese-English display and an optional USB interface depending on the selected configuration.
SXTC-IV | Industrial Computer Control
Uses an industrial computer-based control platform with computer display for applications requiring a computer-oriented operating interface.
High Voltage Transformer Options
The YD Series Test Transformer provides the high-voltage output required by the selected testing configuration. Different insulation structures are available to address different operating environments and equipment requirements.
YDQ(Z) — Gas-Insulated Test Transformer
Uses SF6 gas insulation. The supplied specifications list single-unit voltage ratings of 50–500 kV and cascade voltage configurations of 200–800 kV.
YDJ(Z) — Oil-Immersed Test Transformer
Uses transformer oil insulation. The supplied specifications list single-unit voltage ratings of 50–200 kV and cascade voltage configurations of 200–800 kV.
GTB(Z) — Epoxy Resin-Insulated Test Transformer
Uses epoxy resin insulation. The supplied specifications list single-unit voltage ratings of 50–100 kV and cascade voltage configurations of 100–300 kV.
