SSM-GSM5 precious metal slicer integrated machine combines induction melting, continuous sheet forming and automatic slicing functions in one unit. It can melt gold, silver and copper ingots into uniform thin metal strips, then cut them into flake metal slices in one single production line. With standard 5kg single-batch gold melting capacity and 30KW stable heating power, it reaches up to 1500°C working temperature to melt various precious metal alloys. The finished gold slices feature consistent thickness, bright metallic luster and neat cutting edges, widely used for jewelry surface decoration, handicraft inlay and electroplating raw materials.
