Product Overview
SSM-MAPL50 series vacuum atomizing powder machine adopts vacuum + argon shielding design, specially customized for stable 200-mesh high-purity fine metal powder. The fully sealed chamber isolates air to prevent precious metal oxidation and material loss, producing spherical, low-impurity gold, silver and copper powder for high-end jewelry, dental alloy, electronic raw material and 3D printing industries.
This series provides 3 standard gold melting capacity options: 10kg, 50kg, 100kg. Heating power is matched accordingly (20KW / 40KW / 50KW) to meet different mass production demands. Equipped with German imported atomization plate, the equipment supports adjustable powder particle size from 75–270 micron for flexible fineness control.

Whole melting & atomization process operates under sealed argon protection, effectively avoiding oxidation, discoloration and volatile loss of precious metals. Finished powder features bright surface, uniform grain and low impurity content.

Adjustable Fine Powder Granularity
Powder grain size adjustable within 75–270 micron, stably output standard 200-mesh fine powder with narrow particle size distribution. Max atomization pressure reaches 30Kpa for consistent powder forming.
German Imported Core Atomization Components
Original German atomization plate and mature atomizing technology, stable batch quality and long service life, greatly reducing post-maintenance frequency.
Dual Optional Cooling System
Supports running water cooling or independent water chiller installation, easily adapts to different workshop water supply conditions without extra civil renovation.

Working Flow
Load gold/silver/copper raw materials into crucible, seal the chamber and complete vacuum pumping.
Fill argon shielding gas, heat metal to homogeneous molten state under max 1300°C constant temperature.
22KW high-pressure pump generates stable 30Kpa pressure; high-speed fluid impacts molten metal to split into tiny droplets.
Droplets rapidly cool and solidify into spherical fine powder, collected and screened for finished products.
