2. Working Principle

The SSM-HVCM2 uses a continuous vacuum induction melting and casting process to produce defect-free metal profiles:
1. Raw Material Feeding: Precious metal raw materials are continuously fed into the vacuum melting chamber, where oxygen is removed to prevent oxidation and ensure purity.
2. High-Power Induction Melting: The system’s induction heating unit rapidly and uniformly melts the metal at high temperatures, ensuring complete fusion and consistent alloy composition.
