SSM‑GSM50 Gold Flakes Processing Machine is a professional centrifugal flake‑making equipment for precious metal processing. It melts gold, silver, copper and sprays molten metal to produce uniform metal flakes within 0.1‑0.5 mm thickness. With 50 kg gold casting capacity, short melting cycle and inert gas protection, it is widely adopted in precious metal refineries, material laboratories and metal powder production workshops.
Raw precious metals are heated and melted inside the furnace up to high working temperature. Under argon or nitrogen protective atmosphere, the liquid metal is centrifugally splashed to form thin‑layer metal flakes. The finished flakes are cooled by circulating water system, realizing integrated melting‑flake forming in one single machine.
