1. Product Overview
The SSM-GB1 automatic vacuum ingot casting machine is a professional precision casting device specially developed for the precious metal industry. It operates under high vacuum environment of 10⁻²~10⁻³ mbar, equipped with optional argon or nitrogen inert gas protection to completely isolate air and oxygen. This equipment effectively eliminates oxidation, surface ripples and internal pores of molten metals, producing mirror-grade ingots that meet LBMA trading standards.
Adopting electromagnetic induction heating and full PLC automatic control, the machine features compact structure, stable performance and easy operation. It is widely used for casting gold, K-gold, silver and copper ingots in jewelry workshops, precious metal refineries, bullion trading enterprises and scientific research laboratories. With extremely low metal loss rate and over 99% finished product qualification rate, it is an ideal upgrade solution to replace traditional manual and semi-automatic casting equipment.
2. Working Principle
This machine adopts vacuum induction melting and pressure casting technology. Firstly, the internal chamber is evacuated to form a high-vacuum environment, and inert protective gas can be filled as required. Then the induction heating system melts precious metals evenly. After reaching the preset temperature, the crucible tilts automatically, and the pressure difference drives liquid metal to fill the precision mold. Finally, the ingot cools and solidifies in an oxygen-free sealed space, and finished products with smooth surface and no oxidation are obtained after demolding.
