This series produces dense, pore-free rods, strips, tubes and plates with uniform metallographic structure. It operates at a maximum temperature of 1500℃ with ±1℃ high-precision temperature control, and completes full melting within 3–5 minutes. It is the optimal choice for small jewelry workshops, precious metal laboratories, dental material processors and small electronic solder manufacturers. 2. Working Principle
Feeding & Rapid Melting: Load precious metal raw materials into the induction crucible. The high-frequency induction system heats the material rapidly up to 1500℃, ensuring complete and uniform melting.
Constant Temperature Holding: The precision temperature control system maintains the molten metal at a stable casting temperature to guarantee consistent fluidity and material composition.
Continuous Forming & Drawing: Molten metal flows into the precision crystallizer mold by gravity. The traction mechanism pulls the forming material downward at a constant speed, while the circulating cooling system synchronously solidifies the metal to achieve continuous one-step forming.
Finished Product Collection: Continuously cast semi-finished profiles are output stably, and can be directly cut and collected for subsequent rolling, drawing or other deep processing.
Multi-Profile Adaptation: By replacing crystallizer molds of different specifications, the machine can produce rods, strips, tubes, plates and other custom profiles to meet diversified processing needs.
