3. Working Principle

1. Put precious metal raw materials into the crucible and install the investment flask with wax jewelry patterns on the machine station.
2. Close the machine chamber and start vacuum pump to create vacuum environment to prevent metal oxidation and eliminate air bubbles.
3. Activate the 20KW heating system to heat raw material to target temperature within 2 minutes.
4. The pressure system pushes molten metal to fully fill every delicate cavity of the jewelry mold.
5. Complete casting, take out the flask for cooling, then conduct shell removal and jewelry blank post-processing.
