Product Introduction
The 6-inch Single Wafer Carrier with Locking Clips is a precision-engineered protective container designed for the safe handling, storage, and transportation of individual semiconductor wafers. Manufactured from high-purity, cleanroom-compatible polymer materials, the carrier ensures exceptional mechanical reliability, particle control, and surface protection for Si, SiC, GaN, sapphire, or other specialty wafers used in advanced semiconductor processing.
This wafer box features a three-part structure: a top cover with easy-open clips, a bottom base with reinforced radial ribs, and an internal soft-touch wafer support insert that provides excellent shock absorption. The reinforced locking tabs deliver secure closure, preventing accidental opening during transport while maintaining low-particle operation.
Made from high-grade PP/PE materials with excellent chemical resistance, low particle generation, and compatibility with Class 100–1000 cleanroom environments.
The carrier integrates multiple open/close clips around the rim, allowing operators to lock or release the lid quickly while ensuring stable sealing during shipment or storage.
The bottom base includes radial reinforcing ribs, distributing stress to prevent wafer contact deformation.
The optional star-shaped wafer cushion insert minimizes vibration and protects ultra-smooth wafer surfaces from micro-scratches.
Precisely dimensioned to fit 150 mm wafers securely, maintaining flatness and preventing warpage during movement.
Anti-static optional version available. Resistant to acids, bases, and common semiconductor chemicals.
Frosted transparent design allows quick viewing of wafer condition, orientation, and marking without opening the carrier.
