Electrical performance includes a rating of 1.5A @ 40VAC, contact resistance ≤30mΩ, insulation resistance ≥1000MΩ, and withstand voltage 500VAC / minute, ensuring safe operation in demanding electronic systems.

Mechanically, the 180° solder-type wire termination combined with the reinforced housing delivers controlled mating/unmating forces and a single-pin retention force of at least 0.8kgf, improving vibration and pull-out resistance in finished wire harnesses. The black UL94-V0 glass-filled LCP housing, compliant with RoHS 2.0 and halogen-free requirements, provides excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability, making this connector suitable for automated soldering and mass-production cable assembly.
