◎Introduction

Water-based paint is a paint that uses water as a diluent and does not contain organic solvents. It is non-toxic, non-irritating, harmless to the human body, and does not pollute the environment. The paint film is plump, crystal clear, flexible, and resistant to water, abrasion, and aging , anti-yellowing, fast drying, easy to use and so on.

AE-7222 is widely used in the surface coating of metal substrates of elector-mechanical equipment (Like: Air conditioning refrigeration unit), special vehicles, engineering machinery and other products, plays a good role in decoration and anti-corrosion protection, and is suitable for high-pressure airless / mixed gas spraying and automatic line spraying.

◎ Attention:

• The surface of the substrate must be clean and dry, and meet the requirements.
• Component A & B should be mix according to the weight ratio of 12:1. Dilute with 0-3% deionized water, use it after curing for 15min, and use it up within the pot-life which is 2h under 25℃. The higher the temperature, the shorter the pot-life.
• The tools used during construction must be dry and clean.
• Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after construction.
• It is strictly prohibited to contact with acid, alkali, oily paint and organic solvent during paint preparation and coating.
• No more than 400μm films can be formed at one time, otherwise sagging will occur.
• During construction, drying or curing, the relative humidity should be lower than 80% and the temperature higher than 5 ℃, otherwise the paint film cannot be completely cured.
• Do not press or rub heavily to avoid damage to the paint film or contact with organic solvents and water before the paint film is completely dried.
• Keep the construction site well ventilated and wear necessary protective equipment.
