We utilize advanced CO2 shielded automatic welding technology to achieve seamless, high-integrity joints between the tube and base plate. The threading on the outer tube is cold-rolled to provide a hardened surface that resists deformation and ensures easy rotation of the adjustment nut.
The shoring prop operates as a telescopic compression member. The internal tube slides within the outer tube to reach the approximate required height and is locked into place using a high-tensile steel G-pin. Final height tuning and pre-loading are achieved by rotating the threaded collar.
