The Adjustable Scaffolding Steel Prop is a high-strength vertical support system for temporary construction shoring. Also known as acrow props, these components support formwork for concrete slabs, beams, and columns during curing. Our steel props feature a modular design with an inner tube, outer tube, prop nut, sleeve, and high-strength G-pin. This system offers high load-bearing capacity and easy manual handling. The telescopic mechanism extends to various heights, making it a versatile tool for any architectural project.
We use induction welding for strong joints. Surface treatments like hot-dip galvanization or powder coating provide resistance to rust and corrosion, extending service life in harsh environments.
The prop relies on screw-thread adjustment. Rotating the nut along the threaded sleeve extends the inner tube to the required height. The G-pin locks the system, transferring vertical loads to the base plate.
