Galvanized steel finish that keeps working Every adjustable steel prop has a galvanized steel finish with a clean silver look. The threaded collar keeps turning after repeated erection and stripping, so the same unit moves from pour to pour and job to job. Painted finish is also available in orange, green and blue for site colour coding.
Two stage height setting locked by a G pin Coarse height is set by dropping the hook shaped G pin through aligned holes in the inner and outer tube. Fine height comes from the threaded collar with two U shaped handles, turned by hand under the slab - no wedges, no shims, no hammering.
Head and base plate options The standard head is a flat square plate with four corner holes and a centre hole, ready for nailing or bolting to timber and steel formwork. A U head version cradles timber beams and H20 walers. Base plates are drilled at four corners to fix on uneven floors, and heavy models use a thicker outer tube.
One range for every height Silver galvanized, orange, green and blue painted props cover short and tall work in one order, including long outer tube models. Colour coding helps crews sort props by height range.
Bulk packing and export loading Props are strapped into bundles with wooden spacers and wrapped for sea freight. Mixed container loading and factory direct pricing suit distributors, rental firms and contractors.
