The Adjustable Scaffolding Steel Prop is a high-strength vertical support system used for temporary construction shoring. Also known as acrow props, these components support formwork for concrete slabs, beams, and columns during curing. Our props provide a flexible, reliable solution for temporary structures, ensuring site stability and safety.
Our steel props feature a modular design with an inner tube, outer tube, prop nut, sleeve, and G-pin. This system offers high load-bearing capacity and easy manual handling. The telescopic mechanism extends to various heights, making it a versatile tool for any architectural project.
We use induction welding for seamless joints and superior strength. Surface treatments include hot-dip galvanization or electrostatic powder coating, providing exceptional resistance to rust, corrosion, and wear, extending service life in harsh outdoor environments.
The prop relies on screw-thread adjustment. By rotating the prop nut along the threaded sleeve, the inner tube extends to the required height. The G-pin is then inserted through the inner tube to lock the system, transferring the vertical load to the base plate.
