Product Overview

This steel frame scaffolding system is a modular access platform built around welded H frames. Two frames are joined by a pair of diagonal cross braces to form a stable bay, and a perforated steel walk board drops onto the rungs to create the working deck. Frames are made from φ42 mm Q235 high-strength steel tube, welded on fixed fixtures and finished by galvanizing or powder coating. Standard bays measure 1219 * 1700 mm, 1250 * 1700 mm or 950 * 1700 mm, and one set carries a working load of 800 kg. Because the frames stack on coupling pins, working height is added bay by bay — no special tools and no loose bolts.

Every step is recorded, so a repeat order matches the approved sample.

How to Assemble

Place the base plates on firm level ground, stand the first H frame, fit and lock both diagonal cross braces, set the perforated walk board on the rungs, then stack the next frame onto the coupling pins.
