The Wisecard WCT Portable Teller Machine (PTM) is a suitcase-style smart banking self-service kiosk designed for mobile and field operations. It integrates the essential functions of a bank counter into a portable device, enabling banks and financial institutions to provide account opening, customer identification, instant card issuance and basic transactions anywhere and anytime.
The PTM combines an industrial PC, 10.1" touch screen, electromagnetic signature panel, secure PIN pad, multi-interface card reader (contact, contactless, RFID and magnetic stripe), barcode scanner, fingerprint scanner, HD triple-lens camera, color card printer and thermal receipt printer in one compact unit. It can be quickly deployed in remote branches, temporary service points, campuses, corporate sites and outdoor marketing events.
With Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 4G communication, the PTM connects securely to the bank's host system to perform real-time customer onboarding, KYC, card issuance and other services. It helps banks extend their service coverage, reduce branch operating costs and improve customer experience in scenarios where traditional counters or kiosks are not feasible.
