Ip2312 adopts complete Cc /CV charging mode
When the battery voltage is lower than 3V, enter trickle charging mode to charge the battery with a charging current of 100mA
When the battery voltage is greater than 3v enter the constant current charging mode to charge the battery with the set constant current charging current
When the battery voltage is close to 42V and the charging current less than 300mA. enter the constant voltage charging mode After entering the constant voltage mode, stop charging every 4 minut and check whether the battery voltage is higher than 4. 15V: if it higher than 4.15V, stop charging; otherwise, continue charging, and then check after 4 minute
When the battery is full, if the battery voltage is detected to be lower than 4.1V, it will be turned on to charge the battery again
