Using Step:
Successfully start the drill requires 3 15C-20C power batteries, or 6 10C-15C power batteries (recommended power battery models: sony vtc4, vtc4A, vtc5A, vtc6) OV and 12.6V cable, use Copper wire of 3 square millimeters or more (ordinary 18650 battery can not start the drill!d)
The connection line between the battery pack and the protection board should be as short as possible and the core should be as thick as possible. When welding the battery for the first time, do not connect any load or any equipment to the output end.
Strictly connect 0V, 4.2V, 8.4V, 12.6V,16.8V according to the diagram. Do not touch any components on the board when soldering the wire. Do not intentionally short circuit./Do not deliberately make it short circuit.
Important note: If you don’t understand the wiring diagram, please don’t buy it, because the wrong wiring may burn the board.
Using attention:
When the load of the brush motor is used, try to connect a non-polar capacitor (withstand voltage above 25V, capacity 10uF-100uF) to the motor's positive and negative terminals to prevent the reverse spike from the motor,lead to interference protection board or break the MOS tube.
In series 4 batteries, please ensure that the voltage ofeach battery is the same. If it is different, please chargeeach battery separately and then use it in series. In thedischarge test, the rapidly decreasing of voltage battery isthe poor battery.
Don't mix good batteries with bad batteries! The moresimilar the batterycapacity or internal resistance, thebetter!(The effect of 2 good batteries +2 poor batteries =The effect of 4 poor batteries).
