INTRODUCTION
TPA3116D2 digital power amplifier board, with dual-channel, high power,
board-mounted amplifier chip TL074C, sound source input, advanced into
the op-amp chip for amplification, in the power amplifier chip to make the
volume more shocking.

OPERATION

  • Connect power input to direct DC 12V-28V power supply (24V recommended)
  • Connect the audio input to the sound source, such as MP3, mobile phone, computer, etc.
  • Connect the audio output terminal to the speaker, pay attention to the positive and negative poles. It is suggested to connect the professional stage speaker above 120W in order to give full play to its effect.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • Preset four-stage operational amplifier-TL074C chip:
Through the amplification of the first four operational amplifiers, the chip can
be amplified to 120W on the basis of amplification, exceeding the theoretical
maximum power. The TL07_ series is the low noise, low input bias current and
offset current of the TL08 series in the JFET input operational amplifier. |t also
has a version with fast voltage conversion rate.
  • TPA3116 power amplifier chip:
Wide voltage, high efficiency class D operation, with over 90% power efficiency .
and low idle loss characteristics. advanced modulation system confiquration.
multiple switching frequencies, AM interference prevention. The circuit adopts
multiple switching frequency options to suppress AM interference, and uses
master-slave mode options to synchronize multiple devices.
  • Efficient Array Radiator:

The heat emitted by the chip generates "heat island effect" from the center
through staggered channels. Array arrangement of heat dissipation structure
helps air convection and dredging. The heat dissipation channel is more
smooth and efficient. TPA3116D2 belongs to digital chip, and its heat is not
very high. The heat dissipation fin can fully meet the normal use.
