Scrap stator recycling machine is mainly used for the recovery of waste metal mixed with copper and iron. The material is crushed by crusher, then copper and iron are separated by magnetic separation and specific gravity.
Scrap stator recycling machine convey the material manually separated through the conveyor to the crusher for crushing. Pls note: Rigorously mix large axles, bearings, gears, large hard iron blocks into the material. The crushed mixture material is conveyed to the high magnetic roller separator by conveyor to separate non-ferrous metals (mixture material) and iron. Working principle of scrap stator recycling machine
When the crusher works, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. Rust, paint and other debris are gradually stripped off and discharged from the lower outlet. Hammer crusher and high-intensity magnetic drum separator are used to crush and separate the waste motor rotor at one time. The motor rotor which is difficult to be disassembled manually is crushed and separated into copper block and silicon steel sheet. The size of the material crushed by the motor rotor crusher is determined by the screen in the crushing chamber, and the user's discharge demand can be realized through the hole size of the screen. After the motor rotor is crushed in the crushing chamber, the uniform particles flow out from the screen holes of the screen to complete the discharging step.
