Description of motor stator recycling machine
Motor stator consists of three parts,the stand and installed within the frame of iron cylindrical core and the copper wire winding. Waste motor stator cutting and dismantling machine is special equipment for stator dismantling, it adopts hydraulic system, cuts stator frame (limited to cast iron frame), then cuts cylindrical iron core into halves, and copper wire winding is easily pulled out from cylindrical core, it separates into iron, silicon steel sheet, copper core wire, complete the motor stator dismantling process. Working Principle of motor stator recycling machine
It adopts hydraulic system, moving up and down by master cylinder, through change different blades, cuts stator frame (limited to cast iron frame), and cuts stator cylindrical iron core into halves, on the other working table copper wire winding is easily pulled out from cylindrical core, it separates into iron, silicon steel sheet, copper core wire, complete the motor stator dismantling process.
