Advantage of dual shaft shredder machine
The cutter of dual shaft shredder machine is made of special alloy steel (high speed steel or tool steel) by special processing technology, which has the characteristics of good wear resistance, high strength and repairability. The toothed cutter has unique design in thickness, tooth shape and arrangement order, and strong shear force, which can improve the shredding efficiency. The driving part is driven by heavy-duty star gear reducer, which has low speed, large torque and low cost The electrical part adopts PLC program and touch screen control, which can automatically detect overload protection and reverse and other functions.
Working principle of dual shaft shredder machine
The dual shaft shredder machine uses two wear-resistant shredding tooth rollers. When working, the relative rotation between the two shredding tooth rollers forms a V-shaped shredding tooth cavity. The shear force generated is used to crush the material. After the material enters the gap between the two tooth rollers (V-shaped crushing cavity), it is affected by the shear force of the relative rotation of the two tooth rollers, tearing and shearing the incoming material to the required particle size, and discharging it from the discharge port.
