Product Description
Gantry shearing machine is a kind of equipment suitable for shearing heavy scrap steel. It is used for light and thin steel, steel bar, steel plate, nickel plate, steel plate, round steel, steel pipe, scrap copper, scrap iron, light metal structural parts, stainless steel, metal block, automobile body, aluminium alloy, copper material, scrap iron, steel wire, metal block, etc. The scrap metal is cut short in cold state and processed into qualified burden. Gantry shearing machine has a wide range of applications. It can be used not only as a processing equipment for metal recovery processing units, but also as a furnace material processing equipment for foundry workshop and metal cutting processing equipment for mechanical construction industry.
Gantry shearing machine is composed of frame, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic power system and electrical system. In working principle, the scrap is automatically sent to the cutting edge by conveyor belt after the material is grabbed to the feeding box, and the feeding speed can be adjusted by speed regulating motor. Side extrusion cylinders are installed on both sides of the tank. Large waste materials, such as scrap cars, can not be cut through the gantry scissors. The waste can be squeezed and reduced through the side extrusion cylinder, and then sent to the cutting edge through the conveyor to cut off.

Product Feature
1. The gantry shearing machine adopts hydraulic transmission. Compared with the mechanical shearing machine, it has the advantages of small size, light weight, small inertia, low noise, smooth movement, easy operation, flexibility, large shearing section and easy adjustment of shear edge. It is safe to operate and easy to realize overload protection.
2. Gantry shearing machine has manual, automatic and remote control functions. The operation and control are convenient and simple. The shearing edge can start and stop at any position in the working process. The size of the shearing edge can be controlled arbitrarily according to the size of the material being sheared, so as to achieve economic benefits.
3. The gantry shearing machine has designed a fast type. Without increasing the power of the motor and the displacement of the oil pump, the speed keeps fast under the shearing (about 400-1600 tons). When shearing large materials, the speed will automatically change. The original shear force is restored and the work efficiency is nearly doubled.
