Introduction
Copper cable granulator machine is mainly used for recycling waste copper wire, waste wire, waste cable and so on. The cable processed diameter less than 25mm, better for single conductor diameter of 0.2-0.5mm.Simply speaking, it is to crush the waste copper wire, wire and cable first, and then separate the crushed copper and plastic to achieve the distribution and utilization after separation. Because the separated copper looks as big as rice grain, it is called "copper rice machine", which can also be seen that it is an environmentally friendly mechanical product.
Working process
1. Crush. First crush the cable into copper and plastic granules. After crushing, the size of granules are generally 2-8 mm.
2. Separation. Using the principle of different specific gravity of metal (copper) and non-metal (plastic), two kinds of media with different specific gravity are separated by air flow and vibration.

After crushing and processing of waste wires and cables, automatic mechanical separation can completely separate copper and plastics, and achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization, with high economic benefits. In addition, the equipment is an integral combination structure, easy to install and debug, and transport (customers can be purchased after the power supply can be produced), stable performance.
