Introduction of manual briquette machine
Hydraulic briquette machine (block press) is suitable for aluminum alloy profile factory, steel casting factory, aluminum casting factory and copper casting plant. The aluminum scrap, steel chip, iron chip and copper chip pressing block are returned to the furnace, which can replace scrap steel, pig iron, aluminum ingot and scrap copper as raw materials, which can reduce burning loss.
The equipment can directly cold press the powder and granular cast iron, steel, copper and aluminum chips into 3-6kg cylindrical cake block, so as to facilitate transportation, furnace operation and the whole process without heating, additives or other processes. The density of cast iron chips can reach 5-6t/m3 after pressing. The product can also be used in China or imported hydraulic and electrical components according to the requirements of customers, equipped with automatic feeding, weighing and other devices.
Application of manual briquette machine
Briquette machine is mainly used for cold pressing powdery, granular, small flake copper chips, iron chips, aluminum chips, alloy powder, stainless steel chip, iron ore powder, magnesium powder, copper powder and other metal chips Into a 3-5 kg cylindrical cake. It can also be used for pressing non-metal materials such as coke and slag powder.
Features of hydraulic briquette machine
1. This machine adopts hydraulic transmission, highly integrated valve block, super large flow diameter, so that the system has less pressure loss and good sealing performance.
2. The use of cartridge valve, electro-hydraulic proportional valve and unique oil circuit design make the hydraulic system in good condition. Even in the case of long-term heavy load, the system will not be unable to work.
3. The electrical part adopts imported PLC automatic control system, which has strong anti-interference ability and low failure rate.
Operation principle of manual briquette machine
1. The main pressure oil cylinder, which connects the punch and extrudes the metal bulk in the die, is the largest and most important in the oil cylinder group.
2. The speed increasing cylinder, above the main pressure cylinder, is used to improve the extrusion speed of the main pressure cylinder, increase the working efficiency, and increase the return speed.
3. The pushing cylinder pushes the metal chips in the hopper into the die.
4. The pulling block oil cylinder is used to push out the cake in the die after falling. It is mainly used for pressing steel chips, cast iron chips, copper chips and aluminum chips into high-density cylindrical lumps to facilitate recovery and smelting, especially cast iron chips can replace cast pig iron after pressing.
