For example, cast iron chips are used instead of cast pig iron. For the castings with special raw materials, the meaning of recovery is greater.

One is to run the scrap metal baler machine with no load, start the motor oil pump, the spool of the directional valve is in the middle, the output oil of the oil pump returns to the oil cylinder through the electro-hydraulic directional valve under the pressure regulated by the relief valve, and the system is unola. The second is the hydraulic packing action. When the oil pump is working, the output of the oil pump enters through the control valve under the regulated pressure through the directional valve. The piston rod behind the main cylinder chamber slowly drops, and the oil in front of the cylinder is Rutu. The oil tank is connected to the oil tank through the reversing valve, and the packing machine realizes the packing function; finally, the metal hydraulic packer is reset, and the oil pump works, and the output of the oil pump is transferred to the front chamber of the main oil cylinder under the regulated pressure, and the oil returns to the oil tank and the packing box at the rear of the oil cylinder, and the oil tank returns.
