Description of biomass pellet machine
Biomass pellet machine is a kind of feed processing machinery which uses corn, soybean meal, straw, grass and rice husk as raw materials and directly pressed into pellets after crushing raw materials. It is mainly used in grain and feed processing plants, animal farms, poultry farms, individual farmers and small and medium-sized farms, farmers or large, medium and small-sized feed processing plants. According to different raw materials and uses, feed pellet processing machinery is also known as straw feed pellet machine, small feed pellet machine, breeding feed pellet machine, household pellet processing equipment, pig feed pellet machine and so on. Feed pellet processing machinery is recognized by more and more farmers.
Generally speaking, today's pellet processing machinery are dry in and dry out, without drying this step, it is more convenient for customers. The machine is mainly used in rabbit industry, fish, duck, chicken, shrimp, pig, cattle, sheep, and industrial granule processing, widely used in industry, organic fertilizer granule, sawdust granule, etc.

Features of biomass pellet machine
1. The carburizing treatment is adopted for the gear of the pellet machine to enhance the wear resistance, and the normalizing heat treatment after water forging improves the hardness of the tooth surface
2. The main shaft is processed by water forging, rough turning, heat treatment, fine turning and fine grinding, which improves the fatigue resistance and wear resistance of the components
3. The machine uses the silent bearing, and increases the thin oil circulation cooling lubrication system, the bearing service life is longer, the movement is more stable
4. Powder feed and grass powder can be pelletized without adding or a little liquid, and part of moisture will be lost during granulation process, so the moisture content of pellet feed is lower than that of material before granulation, which is more convenient for storage.
